National Geographic "Young Explorers" grants available!
National Geographic now provides seed grants for individual ages 18 to 25 in the fields of anthropology, archaeology, astronomy, biology, climatology, conservation, geography, geology, mountaineering, paleontology, polar exploration, oceanography, adventure, treks/journeys. Young Explorers Grants provide the opportunity for many recipients to pursue some of their first experiences carrying out fieldwork and exploration. Grant amounts generally range between US $2,000 and $5,000 and are available on an-ongoing basis.
