CUAbroad

CUAbroad Semester and Year Abroad Programs

CUA maintains partnership agreements with select educational institutions around the country and world so that students may study for a academic semester or year at these partner universities. In some cases, they send students to study at CUA. Students pay CUA tuition and a program fee, which covers room/board costs to the host university. You are encouraged to apply as early as possible, since programs fill up quickly. All semester and year-long programs require a visa.

Forty-five (45) credit hours must be completed in order to qualify for semester and year abroad progams. While participating, you may earn 12 to 15 credits per semester. Courses are taught in many different disciplines, either in English or the language of the country depending on the site. These will provide you with an immersion experience and an opportunity to blend into a new culture.

Applications for programs vary (check particular program), so check the program website for the application procedures and deadlines.
